Here are some different guides on how to pass the Eco car course. Remeber this is a course with a lot of freedom which is amazing in terms of projects, but it also puts all the responsibility of handing in proper work in time on your shoulders.

Before the competition:

*Team manager - Is responsible for signing up for the competition, filling out documents and keeping deadlines.

*Driver - Is responsible for getting some hours behind the wheel (the driver must have a least 2 hours to compete)

* Packing team car and tools - Some should be in charge of packing all the stuff that could be need.

* Packing team camping - again some should be in charge of tents, food etc.

* Pit boss - Should prepare the t-minus and get a feel for the different aspects. Make a schedule (there is an example from this year)

* Communicator - The one person talking with the drive in each race, the driver and speaker should train early and getting used to communicating with each other, what information the driver want and when. <br>

At the competition:
+
SC Mechanical
* Team manager - Team manager meetings with shell, making sure everyone is doing there job (yelling at people :) )
+
SC Software
* Driver - Walk the track and driving
+
SC Management
* Pit boss - Before each drive the car should go through a rutine check in the paddocks, its the pit boss job to make sure it goes as planned (yelling at people :) )
+
SC Competition
* Communicator - The one person talking with the drive in each race, will be looking at the track and talk the driver through the race.
+
SC Other
* Timer - When racing 2-3 people should be timing the car so the communicator have data to feed the driver.

Pit boss
+
{| class="wikitable"

DTU Roadrunners usually have a booth for open house in start March each year. Jesper will probably come and ask you as the students to plan it. It does not take a lot to plan and do the open house. Go to the page for more in depth information.

DTU Roadrunners have both a Facebook and an Instagram account where updates, pictures, etc. is posted for PR. In general it would be great to post more on both platform to grow the engagement, it tend to be forgotten.

Here are some different guides on how to pass the Eco car course. Remeber this is a course with a lot of freedom which is amazing in terms of projects, but it also puts all the responsibility of handing in proper work in time on your shoulders.

As student on the course you have complete freedom when choosing projects, if you dream about doing something specific that's great, go nuts! But should you lack ideas, you can look here or ask a course responsible.

Åbenhus/Open house

DTU Roadrunners usually have a booth for open house in start March each year. Jesper will probably come and ask you as the students to plan it. It does not take a lot to plan and do the open house. Go to the page for more in depth information.

Social media

DTU Roadrunners have both a Facebook and an Instagram account where updates, pictures, etc. is posted for PR. In general it would be great to post more on both platform to grow the engagement, it tend to be forgotten.
